Dean and his team installed a split system reverse cycle air-con for me today. They arrived promptly; were efficient with their time; and cleaned up after themselves. From quote to installation, it was seamless. I would recommend Lithgow Refrigeration Heating and Cooling to help keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Thanks also to Katrina for the admin.

My wife and I have always wanted to have Ducted air-conditioning to be comfortable year round but always thought that our house was not setup properly to get something like this installed (exposed beam ceilings). Dean and the team came up with a solution by installing a ducted system through the floors.....Wow what a difference it has made to the overall liveability of our house especially in winter. The experience from Sales, Project planning, Installation and clean-up were exceptional. The team were polite, punctual, clean and made sure that all our needs were met throughout the whole process. Not only would I recommend Lithgow refrigeration heating and cooling to all but I flat-out refuse to go anywhere else. Ill continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you for all your efforts, Kris & Jess

I had Brendan and the team install an air conditioning unit in my house at Lithgow and the whole service was incredible. I was very impressed by the way they provided great communication and customer service, they have competitive pricing and do a fantastic job, they took extra care when carrying out the work. I will definitely recommend them to anybody that asks!!

I’d rate 6 stars if I could. Our heating died and as soon as I indicated we had a newborn, this company responded and implemented a temporary repair to fix the issue within the hour, while also ordering parts for the permanent fix. Unparalleled customer service. Thank you!
